Dear Valued Customer,
We continue to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and vendors whilst adjusting our operations following advice being issued by federal, state, and local authorities. We would like to take an opportunity to provide you with the following updates.
Our business remains open
Global Site Solutions provides scaffold management services to major EPC’s to support the construction of major projects globally, including but not limited to, power and chemical plants, oil refineries, hospitals, mining facilities, natural gas, and water treatment plants. The support services provided are critical and essential to provide safe work access and support for the operations, maintenance, and construction of key infrastructure across our regions.
Operational changes
GSS branch locations remain open for business to support our customer’s needs. The following operational changes have been implemented:
• Reduced workforce – we have made temporary changes to our workforce to minimize the number of employees at our office locations in addition to requesting non-essential employees to work from home.
• Reduced contact and social distancing procedures – New procedures to limit contact. Our team of professionals is using the latest Microsoft Teams app to stay in contact with our customers.
• Reinforcing health & safety practices – we continue to follow the health and hygiene guidelines issued by the CDC and other applicable authorities and ensure increased awareness and communication amongst our employees. All employees are participating in frequent hand washing and regular cleaning of surfaces. Any employee who presents symptoms is being asked to remain at home.
