Project Summary
Plant Vogtle units 3 and 4 are located in Waynesboro, GA and will be the first new nuclear units built in the United States within the last three decades. Utilizing two Westinghouse AP1000 (Advanced Passive) nuclear units producing roughly about 1,117 megawatts each. Once complete, the Vogtle site will produce enough safe, reliable, affordable electricity to power 1 million Georgia homes and businesses.
Scope of Work
GSS was contracted by Bechtel Equipment Operations to provide front end Scaffolding Design, Estimating and Asset Management Services for the Plant Vogtle project.
